How do I Reset a User’s Password?

Reset password is the action of invalidating the current password for an account on a website, service, or device, and then creating a new one. Sooner or later, some of your users will lose or forget their passwords. And you could be asked to reset any of your user’s password through Password Recovery. In order to reset the password, you must be logged in with your BPN Admin account.

Note: As a Manager, you can reset your team members’ passwords too!

Step-by-Step Guide

Login to your BPN Maestro account and navigate to System Settings > Users Settings > Users.

Navigate to System Settings > Users Settings > Users

Click on “Edit User”

After clicking on Users, you’ll see the list of all users. Now you can search for any user of which you want to reset password. And then click on the Edit button from the Action Menu.

Select Edit from Action Menu

Select Reset Password

You’ll have to select Reset Password under Security Settings from the left menu bar. Now you need to submit this form.

Your work is done now!
