This guide provides details on how to disable the energy saving mode for the BPN Maestro app on Android mobile devices which can BPN Maestro notifications to be silenced and not be displayed timely.
Prerequisites

- Android mobile devices running Android OS 8.1 (Oreo) or above
- Android mobile devices running Android 8.0 or below
- Android mobile devices manufactured by Samsung

Step-by-Step Guide
Unlock your phone, from the Home screen, swipe up or down to access your apps screen and then open the Settings App.
Open Settings
In the Settings App, scroll to the Apps Section and open the Battery Optimization item.
Battery Optimization
At the top of the screen, tap Not Optimized and then tap All Apps. You should now see a list of all the apps on your phone. Each app is marked “Allowed” or “Not allowed.” Allowed means that your phone is allowed to put the app to sleep when it’s in the background.
Adjust BPN Settings
Find the BPN Maestro app and tap it. In the pop-up, choose Don’t allow and confirm your choice by tapping OK.

Find the BPN Maestro app from the list and ensure the switch is turned OFF to disable battery optimisation for this app.
