Step-by-Step Guide
First of all you need to navigate to QR Feedback Card > Theme Settings – where you will be able to customize different options that all Feedback Cards use.
Theme Settings Page
When you land on the theme settings page, you will notice that there are three sections of settings:
- Fonts & Color Settings
- Default Image Settings
- QR Feedback Card preview.
The left part of the page lets you customise the feedback form, while the right side shows you the feedback form preview. Once you are happy with all the customizations, you will need to click on the Update button to save the theme changes.

Fonts & Colour Customizations
As you can see in the Fonts & Colour Settings section, you have various options to change the colors of background, fonts and buttons. You can customise the header as well as footer background colours, customise the banner headline, message headline, footer headline and button colours. Any change are automatically previewed in the Feedback Card preview section to give you a better understanding of the look and feel..
Image Customizations
Default Image Settings is for changing the Logo, Banner image and Footer image that show up on the feedback form. While the imagery can be adjusted for each individual card, you can set a default images that are automatically used for each card upon creation. As you can see on the preview on the right, the feedback form already has the logo of your hotel and default images for banner and footer sections. You can upload a compatible image file to customize the relevant section of the form.
